If I ever come back this is where I would stay ! This place is AMAZING ! Super clean and modern. The beds, super comfy. Made me not wanna go home ! Loved my stay. When they say they’re available 24/7 they mean 24/7. I will definitely book again with him when I’m in town.

Jake was super friendly and responsive. We were even able to check in about 90 minutes earlier than expected. The location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants, shop, and cool vibes all around. Very walkable.

We've found our new favorite air bnb in Pittsburgh! This is truly a hidden gem and I almost don't want to share details because I want to keep this place all to myself! First off the place was easy to find and in a great location! Many local shops and restaurants all within walking distance! Secondly the Place was immaculate, with all the amenities of home! 2 full size bathrooms and 3 generous bedrooms! And you can't leave out the fact it has not one but two balconies! I know I'm leaving aout details but there are so many I can't think of them all so please look at the description because it's spot on! And thanks again to Jake for hosting us he was awesome during a difficult time for us and his kindness and sincerity was greatly appreciated!

Apartment was great! We stayed here for a week and appreciated the more home like feel than a hotel with kitchen and laundry!

I love the location and the communication was great

Jake’s place was beautiful, it accommodated my family of 6 perfectly. It was exactly like the pictures, Jake is responsive, friendly and easy going. The master bedroom and bathroom was super cold, the other rooms were nice and toasty. It was a cold weekend and the master’s patio was covered in snow so It made the room super cold. Little hiccups we had, Jake had it taken care of with no issues. So I would recommend his place and I would go back (without kids though). Jake wasn’t lying about the stairs 😫😂

The apartment is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was nice to have some personal space and not be on top of each other. The beds were super comfortable and despite visiting when it was extremely cold, we had no issues with the temperature throughout (heating seemed to be coping well). Check-in instructions were detailed and clear and Jake was very responsive when we had questions. We really enjoyed the location as there were great cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely come back if we are in town again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this building; the first stay was great. This stay missed the mark completely on cleanliness. 2 of the 3 beds had mysterious hairs (one was just a single hair), and one of those two had a noticeable stain in the sheets and at least 4 long hairs on the pillows. Immediately contacted him and he assured me that the manager has been on-site that day and that all sheets had been laundered and that the hairs were perhaps from the dryer and said that I could choose to rewash them as he didn’t have anyone on site. I don’t care how they arrived but it’s a hard no for me. The next day, I would have expected a follow up or any offer to switch the sheets perhaps, but he did provide a very small refund (I didn’t ask for one). Also the stove had a broken handle and there was a pile of mystery debris on the couch arm and the flooring was dirty. May have been a bad day for cleaner but this is unacceptable. Lock also didn’t work upon checkin.

Jake’s place was absolutely wonderful. An excellent location right in the Shadyside neighborhood, and the apartment was clean and spacious. Jake shared all the important information in a timely manner and also responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Do make sure, however, to take Jake’s note about the four flight walk up seriously! Would definitely stay there again if we have the chance.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Jake’s properties and will continue to book with him. He is super responsive and has beautiful properties in perfect locations. The penthouse is spacious, clean, and updated. Very happy with our stay!

I am a repeat visitor in this particular building. I love it! Jake has gone above and beyond to make the apartment comfortable. It was very clean and modern. The location is perfect. Streets are walkable. Local restaurants are top notch. Jake is an excellent host.

Great accomodations for our group of 5 adults. Conveniently located near many restaurants and a few shops. The balconies have great views of the area. Jake was very responsive to our questions!

Perfect place!

Super nice place in a nice area. The beds had very nice mattresses and bedding. This is the second place of Jake’s I have stayed that I have stayed in and have been very impressed with both. Don’t hesitate! Only the best at Jakes places! Oh, and an awesome shower!

Well-designed 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 2 balcony unit. Attractive interior decoration. Excellent host.

Hosts were responsive. Apartment was clean and convenient. The location worked perfectly for us. 4th floor without an elevator means carrying suitcases and everything up many flights of stairs, which is not convenient. The balcony was great for late night chat and music sessions. Kitchen met our needs very well (we did not cook, but kept breakfast supplies in the fridge). Having coffee available in the morning was a nice touch. Appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer, kettle, stove, microwave, A/C, coffee pot) all worked well. Front door needed the code to be entered twice before it would open... a bit confusing. All in all, things went very well and we were comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

Excellent stay, modern and convenient. Parking issues but that is expected in Pittsburgh and hosts dealt with issues quickly. Only mentioning so folks know to be prepared but also know host will absolutely take care of you!!! Can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip home!!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Pittsburgh! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short walk to downtown Pittsburgh, with great access to neighborhoods like the Cultural District, North Shore, and Strip District

Went to Pittsburgh with friends for a concert. Great place, walkable part of town, pristine bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Wide variety of restaurants and bars. Very walkable. Felt like it was our own place for the time we were there and check-out was one of the simplest and easiest as the guest. Recommend highly!

great place. nice apartment. two issues 1. they ran out of toilet paper. 2. the lock to the front door was often nor working. nice host. the use was in small details that made the stay a little frustrating. these are fixable.

This was a large and beautiful apartment in a very desirable location. Great for a family or group of friends. Jake was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have any issues and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I hope to stay there in the future.

I loved my stay here, the bedrooms and bathrooms felt like a 5-star resort! And the host was great and really helpful with checking in! The outdoor patios were also nice I was able to take in the scenery and catch a vibe.
